What Treats Can I Give My Fishy Friends?

I have mollys, tiger barbs, rainbow fish, loaches and was wondering if there is some food they could have as a treat and a change from flaked food ?

yeh most ppl give live food or frozen food ... bloodworm,brine shrimp , dathnia usually about once a week as a treat.
