Thanks kribensis12 for teaching me how to upload pictures. :)

(The little cup is where i put the little smashed pieces of bloodworms/Flakes.)

So yeah, what could I put in there? :)

Forgot to say, after one or two months, my swordtail fry is going to be okay for my community tank. :)

:) XDD!

Uh, its a 5g. :) Idc what fish, unless its not shrimp. Im not ready for shrimp.

(flashbacks when i use to raise tons of shrimps... x__x. Just one epidemic and bamm! all dead.)

it says in the little msg beside the title too.. :D

I have two swordtails that are mates. Too bad I don't think my girl can deliver. Shes been fat bellied (pregnant, im sure) for like a month by now. Since shes jumped out of the tank and i saved her, I think that has something to do with it. I didnt notice she was out of the tank for like, a few seconds. :/

Shes doing okay, just can't deliver.

Swordtais - No
Platies - Don't sell em at my lfs. (inorite, shocker?)
Mollies - ^
Guppies - they sell only males.

Gee I'd love to work at my lfs and change a lot with the fish section

(Pet store, the guy that works with the fish is good when it comes to tanks, but not that great with ordering fish. :/)

do you come from the uk or us?
because if its us why not try walmart for female guppys im sure they should

no Canada option? ;)

Well, I dont shop at walmart unless they just restocked. ):

it took them last time 3-4 months to get rid of ich. didnt look like the tried either. >__> gah.

Anyways, my walmart only has a few tanks.

Heres a list of fish I can remember :

- Lionheads in one tank
- Fantails in one tank
- Reg Goldfishes in one tank
- Black Moores in one tank
- Three tanks (I think) for cichlids. (SP?)
- One tank for balas and iridescents.
- One for dwarf corydoras
- One for Neon Tetras
- One for African Dwarf Frogs
- One for Pearl/Blue Gouramis.
- One for Columbian sharks
Theres more, but no livebearers

Also, A TON OF CROWNTAIL BETTAS! fo two dollah. :)

these cichlids only grow to 4cm there really small..

What Ram Cichlids are those!

Mikrogeophagus altispinosus = 8-10cm fully grown
Mikrogeophagus ramirezi = 5-7cm fully grown

Seconded. Rams need absolute bare minimum 65L in my experience, and ideally closer to 90.

Going back to the original post, whats the problem with just buying male guppies? If you got females they'd breed and be struggling to rehome the fry, and the males are always more attractive.

I've got a tank of males and had no issues.

The other option would be to stick some ember tetra's.
