What To Put In?

I have my 15 gallon hexagon tank set up and i'm wondering, what can i put in it?
Could i have some Threadfin rainbowfish in it? Or maybe some oto's?
I just need a small stocking idea that's a) low in price and b) they all get on and can be in a hexagon shape tank, you know tall hexagon.

Absolutely, I would have:
8 Threadfin Rainbowfish
4 Otos
and 6 Pygmy Cories
And maybe a pair of Apistos though they tend to be expensive

5 oto's
however many apisto's are possible with this? I'll ask how much they are at my LFS.

I don't really want anymore cory's once my 3 males have gone to their new home....
So what about this instead?
