What to put in new tank?

Now thats not a bad idea! :hyper: Puffers are beautifull  , what do you recommend? How Many? How aggressive are they?

Most are very aggressive, you might get away with a few red eyes, if you can find them, ut I don't know much about red eyes, so you could post something.

You should try a cichlid tank. If you want really interesting fish they are the way to go. They interact with their owner and not just by swimming to the top when they think you are going to feed them. I would recommend convicts but I think your tank is too small for them. I have a 20 gallon (I think thats 75l) and I have a beautiful pair of kribensis. If you want to have big aggressive fish then you need to upgrade to at least a 55 gallon. Then you could get an oscar or one of the larger species of pike cichlids.

Thanks for the great ideas guys/galls, Keep em' flowin!!

Let me clarify a bit, I'm not looking for a big aggressive fish, but i am looking for a fish which i can feed feeders to. (in the humanest way possible of course! )

 ;) Well you could get a snake head ........... northern gaer ........... aligator gar...... but all of these i am affraid you will not be able to keep in there long at all ! i would suggest getting a 50+ g. ....... that should do the jod for what you're looking for

Getting a bigger tank is not an option :( I have a few space issues. I'm pushing it by getting a 3ft tank coz it's going in the bedroom! ( gf not too happy about it but hey I am!!! :p ) I will be litterally sleeping with the fishes!!

I wasn't gonna put live feeder fish in the tank

Actually african cichlids can get VERY aggressive if you let them. They also have beautiful colours and are very interesting to watch.

4 false leaf fish if you can find them. They get about four inches, and only eat live food. Who says there aren't any predators for a 20g :sly: Have huge mouths, will inhale feeders like guppies :p Mine have mouths (....) wide and twice as tall, at 2 inches

African butterflyfish would work well too. If you don't mind something that floats and looks like a piece of brown decaying material at the surface of yoru water. :p

Most predatory fish are like that, my leaf fish almost never move :p

Maybe even make an archerfish setup. It's cool to watch 'em shoot down the crickets from the leaves above and munch on 'em. Mmmm, crickets.

Hmm, dont know about an archerfish setup, I assume I'd need a deeper tank for that? :dunno: Definately sounds cool though!

False leaf fish look  !! If I find them it might be an option.

The Butterfly fish....... :/ not to sure if i want "something that floats and looks like a piece of brown decaying material at the surface of yoru water" but thanks for the suggestion.

Chillids are definately an option :hyper: To tell you the truth i didn't like them very much at first, but they are growing on me after a bit of research.

Thanks For all the suggestions!

Leaf fish barely move, and you can't keep them with fish under 3 inches, Did i mention they only eat guppies and BS? I don't feel like reading my other post
