i have 6 tinfoil barbs and 3 bala sharks in a 100 gallon tank, and a pleco,

all very healthy and actively feeding/swimming. i got them when they were babies and they are about 4-5 inches now, i have been feeding them general flakes and another food "crisps" which are basically tiny pellets, i rotate the food every feeding,

they are gobbling down this food like crazy, i guess im looking for a food that is more substancial that they would have to eat less of, should i go to bigger pellets or floating sticks at their size? or should i stick with whats working?

Tinfoil barbs are going to eat a lot of whatever you give them.... and then they'll outgrow your 100 gallon tank.

im not concerned about them outgrowing the tank, i have a 180 and 300 gallon waiting for them

Yes a larger pellet would be your best choice. Then once or twice a week feed frozen foods, like bloodworms or mysis shrimp, but don't forget their veggies. Peas, leaf lettuce, cucumber and algae flakes/pellets/wafers should also be included once or twice a week.
I like to feed my larger fish the fresh vegetables, but also give them algae wafers broken into bite size pieces.
