3-4 times a day. Crush it into a fine powder, you can store some for later.

4 newborn fry can't eat much, just sprinkle a tiny amount almost on top of them and watch to see. The don't usually eat much their first day. they grow very fast at first. If they eat it all give them a little more. Keep in mind they haven't learned how to search for food well yet. They pretty much have to swim into it to find it.
