What To Feed Baby Cichlids

I dont know what to feed my baby cichlid. I have baby brine shrimp should I just feed it that? What do you guys feed your babies and is there anything else that I might need to about raising them.

You can feed them cut up worms, ummmmm...Microworms are good ummmmm... I dunno what else.

Okay, but where do you find microworms they dont sell them at my lfs.

I always start with DAPHNIA it teaches early top feeding plus its real teeniny for their lil mouths.
Then I move to crushed flake/spirulina.

Yeah it's a bit vague, especially with regards to their size.

Its a Melanochromis lepidiadaptes and its about almost 3mm long.
