What To Do?

well since loosing one of my girls two of the remaining 3 have ganged up on the other, the one being bullied just happens to be my favourite one, but heres the thing, they are currently in the 15 gal with 1 shrimp (which they have also started bothering) the only other tank i have is a 3 gal the same as Blazes but it has a guppy and 2 neons in which i had to pull out of the 15. so what do i do?
Option 1. remove the 2 bullies and put the gup and neons in with the other girl which didn't bother them
Option 2. remove the bullied girl and put her in the 3 gal along with the shrimp and have the 2 bullies in the 15
Option 3. i don't know what else i can do, no room for another tank, only just got room for the new 3 gal

also i am now wondering if the bullied one is infact female, we all wondered from the beginning then agreed on female but since 'her' ventrals have grown longer and there is no long a visible egg spot, i really don't have a clue what to do Thanks for ANY help

I should take the one being picked on out. Even if you just put it in a plastic container for the time being. Theres no telling what they will do during the night

oops probs should of said currently the bullied one is in a breeder net in the main tank so the other 2 can't get to her

Can I suggest getting another 1 or 2 more females to help defuse the situation, that is presuming the bullied he/she is a girl ?

Have you any photo's and do you know how he/she is ?

this is exactly why you have to have 4+ females together.

hmmi would divide the 3g into 2 and have the two bullies either side,then have the guppies moved into the 15g with the shrimp and put the bullied one in the other 3g.

i only have 1 3 gallon spare, Blaze is in the other one, and i did have 4 until one died last week, i would get more if i could find any around here, will try find some more girls otherwise i'll remove the bullies.
as for the bullied one it is the one i am wondering whether is male or female, will get some pics on her tomorrow if i can find the camera

well i couldn't find the camera so no pics but i have removed the two bullies into the 3 gal, at the minute they are together but i can seperate if they carry on but it was only the other girl they had a problem with so hopefully they'll get on, if not i will divide the tank until i have space for another.
The bullied girl was looking very depressed in the net, hardly moved so i decided to let her out with the neons and she was a little weary at first but once she knew th other 2 had gone she is now she is gliding around the tank loving it.
