I got about 4 grams of extra brine shrimp eggs that didnt use. How should I store these eggs? SHould i put them in the refrigerator? What temp should I store them at? And also, how do I breed brine shrimp?

I keep mine in the refrigerator, though the freezer is supposed to be better. The downstairs freezer is constantly packed with human food.

Never tried breeding them, once they hatch they get fed to fry.

As Tolak said, you can keep them in refrigerator or freezer, but refrigerator is recommended. You also need to keep them dry. I added a desiccator from a pill bottle to keep the eggs fresh. Stored that way, the eggs should last at least 5 years, although hatch rate will go down a bit.

And also, how do I breed brine shrimp?
Don't bother trying to raise them, they are a complete pain to keep alive. I'd rather spend the time and effort on my fish.

A friend of mine tried raising & breeding them some time ago. It's a really messy, smelly setup, best done in a garage or other outbuilding. A real waste of time, but something to try just to see if it would work.
