What To Do With 15L?

Planted?? 15 is rather smallish for most fish.. not all. but most.

What sort of shrimp are we talking here? And how many?

I did have a look at small fish but they're just not small enough or need numbers.

could fit 1 puffer fish.. at a push but its do able.
