What To Choose

hi im buying plant substrate for my aquaqube and im stuck between using sera floredepot or tetraplant substrate
can anyone advice on which one to get and if possible y

Cant say Ive used either but the tetra one gets good reviews. However it is worth thinking that both I think need to be topped with gravel. If so you might find you end up with a very deep layer of substrate, using a complete substrate like eco-complete, which doesn't need topping would mean you could keep the layer smaller.

If you do want to get one you top with gravel, then I would get the tropica substrate, I've no doubt its one of the best there is.

ive ordered tetraplant substrate because my budget was 10 pounds on the substrate and i bought 2.8kg of tetraplant for 8.29 and i bought 2k of black gravel for 2 pounds so iw as 29 p over budget lol
