Hi
I am in the process of trying to find out whats the best way to set up a 4/5 ft marine tank (with sump) and was wondering if anyone could provide the make of a good looking tank. Maidenhead aquatics have a solid oak tank with sump (Pricey) but I was wondering if there are any others/brands that look as good? I know the oak tanks for Maidenhead aquatics are made in Vietnam with a Seashell tank fitted into it. There does not seem to be much choice on the market if your looking to get away from laminate!
Do I need a sump? - Ive been told that its better to have one and getting one drilled is expensive?!
I only have a marine biorb at present so this will be my first 'proper' tank....still getting to grips with sumps/skimmers etc!!
Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated
