What Tank Size Would I Need For...

Well, the Popondetta furcata ought to be in shoals of 6+. I wouldn't want to keep emperor tetras in anything less than a four foot; they're a very active and quite large fish.

i have them in my tank currently with other fish but as the other fish grow the cardials and emperors will need to be re-housed so i was thinking of getting a tank for the boys room and putting them in there. i was thinking a 60ltr as the total cm of the fish fully grown would be 60.

Emperor tetra are way too big to even consider putting them in a 60l in all honesty.
