He's gorgeous....I don't think I'd buy him, he'd never make it here. I'm on the western side of the usa!

if i wasn't in the us id take him. as fr his spread i think if you work him a bit he will be very close to a hm but stay just a tad bit short.

like you say devon its hard to tell with a young fish thats not flaring but then you know that!!!! nice plug to get him sold though, now if someone was to suddenly say HM, he would sell for sure but pics of the parents would give a better idea, ofcourse its not set in stone as to what tails will turn out to be even with HM x SD, the only certainy to give around 95% of HM is Rosetail x SD or HM and the rest of the fry will be rosetail

I didn't put him on here to try to sell him i was just interested in what peeps thought he would make, i was thinking i nice wide SD spread myself

well as i opened the thread and started to read it, my mind said wonder how much he is gunna be offered for, and RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM of it was "he's up for sale, SURPRISE SURPRISE devon, some of us werent born yesturday, an honest and upfront approach is prob the best way to get people to buy your betta on the forum without waiting for someone with some cred to say HM so he will sell quickly for you, but then at the end of the day you dont know what he is, he should sell alone on his colour as he's a great looking fish and in tip top shape, sorry for being a little rude but like i said im no fool on the tricks of marketing throughout the forums

Daz hun, i couldn't give a damn if i sell him or not, yes if he goes it would be nice but that is NOT the reason i posted this thread. I have put fish for sale on here before and stated that they are for sale as i would with him if it was what i was planning. I was curiouse to what people thought and before i even posted it i know damn well i would get a reply from you shooting me down about him, so if i really wanted to sell him as a HM i wouldn't openly let people do that would i!
