What Ta Hec Is This Growing?

Can some one please help me! I got some things growing on my lavarock:

It looks like little hairy things. My light is 1.3 WPG on for 10-11 Hours a day with Presurized co2, i dose ferts in small amounts daily instead of weekly.

Please suggest how to get rid of it, any fish eats it maybe?

hi, looks like hair algae to me, very common. Shrimp will clean it up nicely. Also reduce your lighting, for a planted tank there is no need to go above 9 hours a day (and that is for a very heavily planted setup) usually 6-8 is ideal - this limits the amount of algae in the tank and as a added bonus saves on co2.
