What Spectrum Color Should I Look For?

I'm buying 4 36 inch bulbs flourescent bulbs, and I will be growing plants in my new 100+ gallon tank!!! What spectrum colors should I be looking at? will the Aqua-Glo Fluorescent Light Bulbs (click here) be good?

donb't know if I'm right but, I would personally go with 2 of these:

and 2 of these:

put one of each on either side of the aquarium

Aim for a daylight type of bulbs.
Try and get a kelvin rating near to 8000K as possible and look for high green color spikes.
