What Shrimp Will My Honey Gourami Not Eat ?

Hi, Have a Honey gourami and four guppies already and would love some shrimp. Two simple questions
 
1. Will the gourami munch cherry shrimp if I put them in
2. If cherry shrimp will get munched is there any shrimp that will not

The gourami probably will have a few bites at cherry shrimp, the largest shrimp I could suggest that wont get eaten would be amano shrimp. Ghost shrimp might also stand a chance of survival just because they are practically invisible and the fish can have a hard time locating them.
 
Or  if you have the room you could set up a breeding colony of cherry shrimp in another tank, and once their numbers are high then add them to your tank with the gourami and guppies.
