Better off asking these sort of question in the marine section.

Lettuce is really in-appropriate fodder, just because it holds so little nutritional value. Your better off buying some Nori, or dried seaweed, and feed small portions to him sparyingly. Other foods you could try are meaty foods, like bloodworm, brineshrimp, and mysis. Damsels like meaty foods. Nori (dried seaweed) can be found at your supermarket, and the meaty products I mentioned can be bought at your LFS (local fish shop). BTW, just turn off your powerhead to reduce flow, just remember to turn it back on! :good:

Dascyllus aruanus is a very territorial fish, and after your cycle has finished, when you inrtoduce new fish, he will bully them, and harass them. If you want to ad anymore fish, remove the white tailed damsel, and take him back to your lfs for store credit. Territorial fish like this should be added last to any set-up. Because he has already established territory, if someone new is introduced, he will defend his home.

If you like the damsel you can also rearrange the rockwork when you add other fish. But back on topic, don't worry about him getting the food, he'll find it. Ask the store where you got it from what they feed. This will be the easiest food to get him to take. For future reference make the store feed the fish before you purchase it. This way you know what it eats as well that it is eating. I would suggest Spectrum pellet food. It seems to be the favorite of all my fish meat eaters and plant eaters alike. I also feed nori, frozen bloodworms, and frozen mysis every few days for variety.
