What Should I Do?

so i have my 10 gal tropical tank with plants. and i am debating it i should move the dwarf hair grass to my 5 gal- that is, if i take the black gravel out and put the sand back in. would that be better if i put it in sand? at this point in time i have no clue what to put in my 5 gal~ the goldfish were dying so they went to the crayfish tanks. now its just Waldo (the frog) in there. maybe i will put my small adult guppies in there or should u get tetras? i have had neon tetras before but not any other tetra. are there any of one kind that would do good in a small school in a 5 gal?

A small school of ember tetras would be ok.

I wouldnt put the guppys in there, you could do some Shrimp

i was going to get ghost shrimp for my 10 gal planted tank after my platy gives birth. the guppies that i was planning on putting in there are literally the size of neon tetras
