hi and welcome

ok, firstly I have a few more questions for you,
what size tank is it, what are the occupants?
Also is there any chance you could post the actual water stats?

for now increase the aeration in the tank and gradually increase the temperature to around 28-30C (whitespot can't survive at this temperature)
Also if you have a light in the tank i would leave it off for the time being, if the whitespot is stress related the darkness will help calm them
