Im looking at buying a new set of africans for my 20 gallon tank!!!
now i know what your thinking-that 20 gallons is just not enough room well it is i had 5 africans and 2 firemouths all in one that did fine. im not done!!! i also had 4 plecos in a 20 gallon before they also did fine!!!

SO WHAT SHOULD I BUY!!!!

You can do saulosi they only get about 3-4 inches.

Only a harem of tang shelldwellers jsut becasue you tried something and it works doesn't mean it's okay, and your fish were comfortable

Sure, I had 3 Oscars in a 30 gallon and they did fantastic... til they died

I would suggest waiting as well if something doesn't wok out it is hard to find competently sized cichlids to add in with them latter
