What Pleco Stay's Reasonably Small?

I'll looking into buying a pleco for my tank. And from my experinces in the past they grow big, more offen than not too big for my tanks.
I was wondering are there any pleco's out there that stay small? and only grow to about 3-4 inch
It's to keep my glass clean, and i know they are good for that kind of job.

what about Ottos, they should kept the glass clean and stay small.

Edit: or if you only want a Pleco, then a Bristlenose which will grow to about 12cm 4.5 inch

There are quite a few species that stay small. Have a look here. 30 plecos under 8 inches

Bristlenose are cute and fun and only stay small... my Euripides is only 1.2inch now but get to maybe 4.5inch
And he's kinda crazy
But I like him
