I currently have a group of Green Terrors a Convict, a Clown Loach and a Bristlenose in my 100g with view of gettign a pair of GTs out of them to keep long term.

My current plan is this...

Dark Blue Background,Bubble Wall,Deep sand bed...sort of like a sand dune....Large pieces of mopani wood and some plants for the back ground

Which shall i go for?

I have always had sucsess with Cabomba but would these be to easy for the GT's to eat?

Is Vallis ok? I have kept Giant Vallis before in old tanks but can't seem to find it anymore anywhere.

I don't really like Java Fern...its a bit to dark/dull looking

I like the look of this...

Provided you root the plants well, you should be ok with most, they dont particulary eat plants, but will dig them up, move them around and even rip them to pieces to fun.

Cool cool...thats deffo Cabomba out of the running then.

Any Plant Suggestions?

Got some pretty hefty T5's on my tank...they a bit dazzlin....and burn me regularly during tank matience lol...algae seems to love them to.

^ Which would explain why my plecs always grow so fricken fast! (had a Gibbi grow from 1/2" to 6" in 2 months with turds bigger than his body lol! ...sticking to Bristleys now.

The only plants Ive ever gotten away with and growing well in my tank is Anubias, it still gets picked occassionally (by the severum obviously) but the GT used to leave it alone mostly, tied down on bogwood of course. You could try some hygrophilia species, fast growing, fairly hardy and a good user of excess nutrients. Other than that, I cant really help with plants.
