can anyone advise me on any easy to look after plants that wont need any co2
i also need advice on what substrate to get
thanks
i will just be using the standard clip on light that came with the tanks it is 18 watts

Get the tropica substrate, its cheap and gets excellent reviews. As for plants there is a link in my sig to a list of easy plants by Llj :)

what about my lighting will 18 watts be enough for a heavily planted tank or will i need to get extra lighting

18W wont really be enough IMO.
The cubes that people recieved from PFK are the aquaqube 25.

i kno the pfk tanks wer aquaqube 25 but on ebay you can buy the larger version aquaqube40 which holds 40 litres of water
and how much wattage of lighting will i need.
i dont want to spend to much so im going to buy a collection of 25 plants of ebay for a fiver and maybe either 2.5l of tropica substrate or 2.8kg of tetraplant substrate

Go for tropica !

I would lave the lighting as it is for the time being, upgrade it later if you need to.
