What Plant Is This?

I bought this plant awhile back and I don't know the name. Can anyone help me out here?

its none aquatic i think its dracana or something like that

Well I've seen a lot of pictures of people growing it underwater. And I bought It from a fish store where it was underwater. So it won't grow?
