What Plant Is This ?

saw this plant in a tank online and was wondering what it is if anyone knows ?

If you mean the very tall one it's some sort of vallis, possibly vallis torta
If you've got soft and acidic water, don't use it. From personal experience it just dies within a month

Vallis is one of those strange plants that will either grow like a weed for you or just die.

Nah, mine sits in the corner at about 4 inches tall. It doesn't grow or die.

I personally hate them . They just rot within a few weeks for me.

as my tank is quite tall i want a type of plant that makes most of the space....

vallis will get very tall but you can trim it. i had it in a tank for a year without trimming until it took over and when i took it out it was about 7 feet tall! I would recommend water sprite. it gets pretty tall and is very very easy and looks nice too! just my opinion
