What Plant Food?

Just wondering what everyone recommends for plant food?

I've just put some plants in today and put some TetraPlant Crypto fertiliser tablets in the sand with them.

How often do they need feeding?

I have T5 lighting and no CO2 system.

the best 2 are seachem flourish and tropica plant nutrition

It's a 190L with T5 lighting but can't seem to find out where the wattage is written... Any ideas? Looked on the tubes.

they are usually on the tubes, what tank make is it? if it is the venezia 190 then they are 2 x 24w??
