defo get a good quality food!
new life spectrum and new era make 2 of the best food for malawis

nls do a standard cichlid food i use this for all my fish with impressive results!
new era do 2 types one for mbuna one for haps and this is excellent too but a bit more expensive!

Is he online/ebay? Hoping tank almost cycled so looking to get food next.

Would you use both those foods alongside one another?

What other foods would you supplement and how often?

one of the Uks top breeders you will find! perfect fish not overweight or mass bred like some! he wont post his fish but will post his food!

no need to supliment think this causes problems imo and only use one type of food i use nls as it is a bit cheaper
