how many gallons is your tank?
From the pictures i think soon the angels will outgrow your tank
Angels will eat small neons, might nip guppies tails, but IMO i wouldn't add anymore fish

I also think it would be best to not add anymore fish unless they are bottom dwellers :)

To be honest with 3 angels in there is already overcrowding the tank !! angels grow large, very large.

In that size tank they will not be able to grow correctly and will be stunted, there are wives tales that a fish will only grow if the tank is large enough for it to keep growing, this isn't true, Yes the outer body doesn't get larger but the organs keep on growing and never stop, effectively its taking the contents of your body then cramming it in a 6yr olds body, its just not going to work and will kill you.

The angels you have are still juvenile and have plenty of growing to do, with this size tank you would only squeeze in 1 or two neons, in which the angle will be thankfully for as its some live food for them and they wont need to Chase them around.

i would personally either return the angels to the lfs you got them from / if you have a friend that could house them while you get a larger tank.

if you got the angels from the same lfs (local fish shop) you got your tank from and they knew what tank you had bought from them be polite yet demand a full refund and and when he / asks why you can either say you have done some looking into the fish they sold you and found that they are in no way shape or form suitable for this tank.

or tell them that keeping let alone 1 angel never mind 3 angels in this tank is the same as locking you in the same space as a mini (NOT THE NEW ONES EITHER the old A / B reg ones) for the rest of your life, and that they knew what tank you had bought from them so should never have sold these fish knowing they are completely incompatible with the tank.

I did learn the hard way with a bad lfs that wanted my money only, so when i went back i went armed with a little book on tropical fish, found the same dipstick that had originally sold me fish, funnily enough he remembered me (well should i say my wallet, sold me £60 of junk i didn't really need and fish that are not good for my then tank). He was more than happy to give assistance, (well try to get more of my money in his grubby hands) i mentioned again what tank i had which he said he remembered (60L tank 60Cm in length by 30Cm width) and that i was looking for some more fish, i pointed to a catfish that just said plec (well thought it was the best one to point at as a woman with a young kid getting one at the same time) i said to the guy i wanted something that would eat algae and heard that a ct fish would be good for that he of course said yeah that fish will do that for you. As the tank only said plec i did try to give the guy a hint and ask are there different types of plec or is there one variety, he told me there are a few but this is the most common one. i asked him if two would be ok to keep in my tank with the other fish he had sold me and help keep the algae down.

By this time he was saying yes , and getting the fish bag ready to pack them into. that was till i got my little book out and said hang on cant those things grow to 40cm each ??? pointing at the pic in my book along with the "recommended tank size of 55 gallon) my tank was a little over 55cm never mind gallons.

Seeing the look on the womans face as her 3 plec had just been bagged by the other shop assistant was funny, she looked strait at the assistant and asked if that were true, it was funny if not a little silly watching 2 men squirm trying to say yeah but they will be ok for the time being to us both, then have the woman saying well what size will the other 7 fish i have just got grow to.

I don't go to that lfs any more, not because the fish wernt good specimens as in all honesty they were, they looked well kept with good colouration but there is a good chance the shop keeper will want to kill me as both of us left without buying anything, and on principle I'm not going to give that guy another penny of my hard earned cash.

Well, Im gonna sell them back to my LFS untill i get a bigger tank, or might even place them in my mates gregs tank!
The workers in my LFS seem to be quite fair :)
I see where your coming from with your story and i also wouldnt go back to that LFS.
