Hey all, can anyone tell me which of these fish to add to a new tank first?? Then 2nd, 3rd e.t.c Thanks in advance!! Interpet123 :good:

Discus, blue rams, cardinal tetra's, sterbai corydoras, ancistrus pleco, and a couple of small transparent shrimp which i have forgotten the name!!

Just my opinion, but I wouldn't put discus or rams in a new tank. I'd make sure it was well established first. Touchy fish.

I'd put the Cardinal's, Ancistrus and Cory's and Shrimp in first, let them settle and once things are stable I'd add the Rams and then Discus.

Shrimp should not be 1st in they are picky about new tank, nothing like rams ofc go with SBS suggestion IMO

As long as the tank is cycled, shrimp will be fine. They require clean, ammonia free water. With that, they are very easy to keep. I'm just assuming he's got his tank cycled and that's why he's adding any fish to begin with. Ok, maybe I shouldn't assume...lol, is your tank cycled interpet123?

I'm in the process. I would only ever think about introducing ANY fish to a tank after its cycled and the water is perfect!!
