Add non-iodized salt @ 2Tblsp/10 gallons. Raise the temperature to around 90* F. Increase the circulation in the water with an airstone to increase oxygen exchange at the surface. The higher temperature will decrease the oxygen in the water. This is what I would do to cure ich without medicating.

EDIT: I forgot to add. Change the water everyday and vacuum the bottom.
