Basicaly i'm looking for new and interesting ways to attach java moss to different things.
I was just wondering can i use wood from my garden, if i strip it of it's bark?

I'm getting more and more java moss every week, and i wanted to attach it to maybe some twigs
to make it grow. If the wood stays submerged.

Thanks

i was wondering if there were restrictions on the type of wood i could use? for example would cedar be safe to use? kevthefish just asked first so im expanding on his question.

people comment mentionn watching out for BGA but wouldnt boiling the wood for a couple hours illiminate this? as boiling kills bacteria, and BGA is in fact a bacteria?

I wasn`t aware there was link between wood and BGA.

Dave.
