What Kind Of Tetra Did My Lps Sell Me?

I hope this is the right place to post this...
I bought 3 lemon Tetras on July 3. One died the next morning so I took it back and got another one. I was in a hurry, so I didn't look real closely at the coloring, just made sure it didn't look sick or anything. Anyways, got it home and realized it wasn't a lemon tetra. I'm probably going to take it back and get a lemon tetra, but I'd like to know what I actually got. It doesn't match any of the tetras in my Aquarium Fish Handbook. It is mostly a transparent\silver color with a black spot near it's tail. Sorry i don't have a pic, I can't seem to get the fish to stay in one place and get the lighting just right at the same time.

Also, does anyone know of any good fish stores in Rochester NY?? I looked in the directory, and the only NY ones posted are in Buffalo -- I'm not that desperate, but I'm really getting fed up with PetCo. It used to be pretty good, but then the only guy in the fish department who actually knew more than me either left or got fired. I should just get a job there... I could probably get a discount on fish supplies and give people much better advice than they are currently getting.
Anyways, the only fish stores listed in the phone book look like they deal only with Marine fish.

Have a look down the fish index and see if any bare comparison to yours.

It doesn't look like any of those...went through my aqauraium handbook again and noted that the spot looked like the one on the Buenos Aires Tetra, but the color wasn't right. So I did a google search, and I'm pretty sure that's what he is. The color is orange-y in my book.
