What kind of plant is this?

I just got this plant at my LFS, and I'm curious to know what kind it is, and if it needs any special kinda of care. I currently have it spread out in 5 betta tanks. It floats on the top of the water.

I think it's Ceratopteris thalictroides, It can be rooted as well as foating. I f want info on it i found a link: thetropicaltank

look a lot like water sprite..

that stuff need some good lighting but grows like weeds..
