What Kind Is This?

My shrimp are doing this curling thing. I lost 2 of them after starting that, so I am now worried about the rest of them.
I also need to know what kind they are. They don't seem to do much cleaning. Do I have the wrong kind? Why won't they eat algae?

mine bend like that too, probally cleaning itself.

Do ghost shrimp not make good cleaning shrimp? They don't seem to eat algae.

Yeah they are just cleaning themselves, they are ghost/glass shrimp, they don't eat much algae if any, Amano shrimp are about the same size and are the best algae eating shrimp.
