But see the weirdest thing.. is that the only thing I have in my tank.. is a male betta ... who looks like this:

as you can see.. he changes colors!

Have you added anything in there recently? Like plants, or deco? Or do you perhaps have some snails or something?

Either way, i'd recommend you get a small container of water, or a bottle, and put that thing inside and wait to see what it is. Might be interesting

nope just my little male betta.. well he's not little..

and yeah.. i'm actually thinking it might be a food pellet, but you see... I only feed him about 2-4 food pellets 2 to 3 times a day and he eats them all... they weren't there the last time I fed him..

Food was the first thing that came to mind. When i had my betta he would leave chuncks of food lying around too.

heh then that must qualify them as little piggies, anyways his tank is crystal clean and free of moldy food chunks and gunk on the sides of his tank, woohoo happy elvis!
