What Is This?

i just bought a new fish that is yellow with bright red eyes and white stripes. and when i put him in the tank my yellow lab and him where swimming in cycles for like 3mins thin the yellow lab started to swim in cycles slow shaking its tale are them mating and the new fish is half his sizes. and 1 inch? where is the threat for his id.

If it has red eyes then its an albino of some sort, you will have to get a close pic though.

Tail shaking can be a show of dominance, which is more likely than a breeding attempt with a newly added fish.
