What Is This Plant

I bought it from a guy who picked it from the wild, im going to do daily waterchanges JUST INCASE.

I have no idea lathough it looks like some sort of moss.

Did you sterilize it before you put it in the tank?

I was walking around the lake by my neighbor hood once, and there was a whole bunch of moss floating on the surface, i picked up a chunk, took it home, put it in some water, and found it to be completely CRAWLING with bug larvae and parasites and all kinds of little swimming wormy things. Very gross : / Just thought you might like to know.

i washed it like 30 times. havent noticed any bugs yet. Doing daily water changed. I put it in a bag put water sloshed it around a ton did it tons of times
