What Is This Hitchhiker?

Ok so snails are pretty common hitchhikers with plants but what the hell is this thing? At first i thought it was an egg until it started moving around. Any ideas? Its so tiny my camera just about focused on it

cant tell at that size could be ramshorn or tadpole

Could be a fresh water limpet or seed shrimp.
