I see what you mean, he does have little red dots on him but he's been like that since i got him when he'd just been wormed, so i guess its just his colour? Thanks though mate

Sorry, said what I did because that discus is **really** thin... like... emaciated thin...
I assumed that since your other fish looked great and healthy... its because he is riddled with worms.
Discus are so so SO prone to internal parasite infections and the only medication that really helps is Flubendazole which is the main ingredient of Kusuri Discus Wormer.
I would be worried about him and would consider buying some wormer, certainly wont hurt your other fish to be treated, wont do any harm and might safe his life because he ccant carry on being that thin forever.
Only saying as i have lost so many young discus at work and myself to worms before i found out about the Kusuri wormer. The only other thing i have seen make them go as thin as that is keeping them in tapwater. Some discus tolerate tapwater but none will happily live their full lifespans in it in 99% of the uk, the water quality is just too poor.
EDIT: Is your tank tap water? Is he the only discus? and does he often show those black stress markings?
