I am at 28.5C, is there anything I should know about temps, I read that the bacteria like it warm as I have it ?

Ye cycles complete faster since bacteria like the warmer temperatures. Make sure you turn it back down once you add fish though

I believe 30 degrees is the optimum temperature, but certainly no more than that as it can begin to kill them higher than that.
