One of my blue rams has just obtained these two odd looking red growths today. One of them I noticed this morning and then the second just about 10 minutes ago. Anyone know what is wrong?

I think it is possibly a paracite- don't know how ti treeat it though- however if you have a different tank take him away from the others immediatley

In the picture his skin looks a milky in colour is this the case, or is it the picture, plus is the fish flicking and rubbing against objects, does the red bumps things look like a parasite, or a spot thing, never seen anything like it.

Also take a look at this, not the writer of this information.
Nodular Disease

Symptoms:

Symptoms include smooth, yellowish-white lumps or boils (cysts) anywhere on the fish's body. The size of cysts vary from a few millimeters to a centimeter and are usually spherical or oval although some may be elongated or irregularly shaped. Nodular disease is generally confined to Carp but can affect a variety of aquarium fish, particularly Cichlids.

Cause:

Microsporidian and myxosporidian parasites such as Ichthyosporidium, Nosema, Myxobolus, and Henneguya and also the fungus Dermocystidium. These single-celled spores can multiply and spread rapidly. Their life cycle begins in the intestinal tract of a fish following ingestion. Here the spores enter the bloodstream, penetrating internal organs before forming visible cysts and boils on the fish's body. When these cysts rupture, millions of spores are released, perpetuating the cycle.

Treatment:

Unfortunately, no effective medication or chemical remedy is currently recognized. Disinfect any tanks and all equipment that have contained infected fish.

i would have to say his skin isnt milky like it looks in the picture. As for an update, today he is in the back of the tank by himself and is a really dark color. He isnt really going anywhere, so say it is the nodular disease like you say...what do i do? trying to cure it for that whether that is what it is or not is better than doing nothing i think.

To be honest i would issolate the fish so he dosn't if not already infect the whole tank, darkening of colour can also indicate bacterial infections, i'm sad to say but i don't think there is a nice outcome out of this.

ok...unfortunately i dont have a hospital tank, all i have is my 75 gallon. my parents dont understand the concept of it, so do i flush him to save the rest of my fish?

No! I'm sure you can find somethig to isolate him in, if it holds water, it'll do. You could even use a drawer with a waterproof lining. Just add some salt, mebbe, and an air pupmp and keep it in a dark quiet place. And do water changes every day.

Or bless him, R.I. P. keep an eye on the rest of the fish, good luck.
