what is it? Ick?

My very pregnate guppie has a white spot on her eye and thats the only place. Is it ick? I have meds , should I treat her?

Until you sure do not add meds. Is she in a tank with other fish? Do any of them show any signs? If it is ICH, the guppy is under plenty of stress now so if you can i would avoid introducing the meds if possible. Try treating by turning the temp up to 84-86(a couple of degrees at a time every few hours) and leave the lights off as much as possible. It takes a good 2 weeks minimum to completely be free of the ICH cycle. After that bring down the temp at the same rate. HTH

No shes in a tank by her self cause shes about to explode with fry although it seens to be taking for ever ... Its just her that I have notice that has the white dot on her eyes. Thnaks for the advice though.. I'll try it
