What Is Better Fishless Or Fish In Tank For Cycling?

I've heard add lots of goldfish then get rid of them?

FISHLESS by a country mile.

Not only is it kinder on your fish because you'll be saving them from being exposed to levels of ammonia and nitrite, but its kinder on yourself as your wont have to do 2 or 3 water changes everyday which you would need to if you used fish
