What Ich Treatment Do You Recommend

I have finally realized why my new fish have been acting so weird. They've been doing this twitching thing, but since i'm new to the whole fish thing I thought that maybe it was normal. Well today, the 5th day i've had them, I noticed little glittery dots on their bodies. I thought it was strange because they appeared out of no where so I refered to one of the fish books that I got from the library. I quickly identified it as ICH . Ofcource I don't want my fish to suffer and I want to get rid of the Ich so they can be happy and comfortable in their new home.

What medicine do you recommend for curing Ich?(I live in the U.S.) Do you have any tips to make this whole de-diseasing process go smoothly?

Ich is white salt like items. Ive never heard of it looking glittery.

If you are sure its Ich then i use King British White Spot treatment

As a first aid increase the temp i little salt will help in my case I'm in Europe i used sera costapur and ectopur when i first saw it but since i instal uv never saw it again.
