What Happens To My Female Ram

I have a pair of butterfly rams. 1 week ago the female was very aggressive and challenge the male in the tank. She had beautiful colors and a very red/pink belly. For some reason, this week, she lost her colors and the male ram is chasing her around the tank and she is so scare of him.

Why???
