What Happen To My Betta?

I woke up this morning to see Marvel with all his scales pointing out!

He was nearly lifeless!

I remembered, the only difference I did to the water is I add a bit of Aquarium Salt and a drop of Dark Extract Water..

Its that the cause of it!

What is the tank size? Temperature? Is it cycled? Water parameters? (pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)
 
What have you fed him? How much? How much aquarium salt did you add?
 
I know you just got him recently so it's probably not something you did but these are still good things to know. It looks like he's pineconed.
I think epsom salt sometimes helps with this but I don't know the dosage. Really hope someone comes along soon to help you, he's beautiful.

Had this happen to both my gouramis.. Sorry to say but I tried everything and lost both of them .. In my experience, this looks like dropsy but I'm not 100%..
