I will more than likely add corals, so you could maybe give me a list with the fish that would go in a fairly large tank, with corals and a fairly large tank without corals in.

firstl you'd be better off posting this in the saltwater section, this section delas with tropical freshwater fish.

secondly 40litres is not a big tank, that's really quite small for a marine set up, most people would advise starting out with something in the region of 120litres. a small tank is very unstable and much more difficult to run.
