So ive own a goldfish once, it died a week later. Im older now and i breed chickens, quails and have 2 ducklings. I kinda want to have fish im in highland weather which is 1 degree -18 degrees Celsius coming into winter. I collect rainwater, id like a fish that breeds a lot and low maintenance no heater preferable. I do have some causalities incubating sometimes some fish that can eat dead animals be good. Or the left over food dust from the chickens feed, or crushed up corn

Idk help ideas i barely know anything about fish

I think you misunderstand the hobby, keeping any fish isn’t very low maintenance. There are lots of factors that you need to get right to keep fish for any length of time. Aswell as breeding fish is even more maintenance and have to fit very specific requirements, i think you need to consider if fishkeeping is for you under those requirements

I'm a bit confused overhere. Do you mean 1°C till 18°C or 1°C till minus 18°C?

im in Australia i dont think anywhere here gets negative 18. I am describing temp between winter months. 1-18 degrees Celsius

You know if i was to start i think the biggest problem be running a heater. An incubator takes 40-80watts, id rather use electricity for that then for a heater. Idk if my duckies would eat the fish either. Is there any fish that eats dead bodies and left over chicken feed, you know the flaky stuff at the end. or bottom of bag

Fish do not eat usually dead animals and they need a food formulated for their requirements not left over food designed for a different type of animal.

White cloud mountain minnows would work with such temperatures. You won't need a heater.

they certainty wont eat dead bodies and left over chicken feed as their main food though
That's completely true...
Well, there are fish that will but those are not that friendly fish... I've seen some channas eat beef. But you can't keep those at 18°C max.
