I have a 20 gallon long that will soon be empty, and I plan on lightly planting it (so plant eaters not aloud!!!). I want to off load some fish from my 55 gallon as the stocking needs to be "thinned out". I have too many choices though. I could move a group of tetras or two and and add more to their schools, same with the cories, or I could move the molly and platies over and make it an all livebearer tank, or the female bettas could have the tank. So what do you think I should do? Or if you were in the same situation, what would you do? I don't plan on buying any "new" fish (meaning, no new species, but I can add to schools/groups that I already have), as I want to sort out the what I have in the 55 as some are in inproper schools/shoals.
This is whats in the 55 gallon:
2 black phantoms, 4 glowlights tetras, 4 red eyed tetras, 5 lemon tetras, 2 danios, 3 albino cherry barbs, 2 bleeding heart tetras, 2 clown loaches, 7 khuli loaches, 2 elegan cories, 2 sodalis cories, 1 skunk cory, 3 bronze cories, 2 upsidedown catfish, 4 platies, 1 molly, 3 female bettas
